Pulkova Airport is an international airfield, especially serves Saint Petersburg, Russia. It is known as the busiest airport in Russia positioned on the exterior of Moscow and near St Petersburg. The airport facilitates Rossiya Airlines and is a focal point for Nordavia.

- Shuttle: Shuttles proceed from Pulkovo 1 and 2 to St Petersburg
- Taxis: These are accessible from outside the terminals and may be booked in advance
- Car rental: The offices of car rental companies are located at both terminals of Pulkovo Airport. It is the best option for travelers as driving around St Petersburg is not easy due to the unpredictable nature of signage and also the poor condition of roads covering the area.
