- The Angels Falls - these falls are known to be quite a distance from the main town so you may need to prepare your car rental in advance for the trip. The falls are located in the Canaima national park, which is close to the Brazilian border. Your reward will be waiting when you arrive; in the form of a mighty waterfall dropping 1km to the ground.
- Playa Parguito - Playa parguito is loved for its mighty waves which are perfect for surfing. It is also a bit more private, so in case you don’t need the crowded nature of Playa El Agua, you will be fine here. This is the second beach that offers bungee jumps.
- El Fortin - they say the best sunsets happen here. You will get local children following you and eager to tell you a story of the area. They only need a small tip for their services, after which you will hear the most amazing stories narrated as you enjoy the sunset. You may need a translator as well.
