Port Columbus Airport is a is a class C airport that serves the downtown area in Columbus, Ohio State. Locally, Port Columbus Airport is referred to as Port Columbus and has several terminals that connect charter, international and domestic flights. - The African Safari Park - it is hard to imagine that you can go to the African wilderness while still in Ohio. The visit is in the form of a game drive in which visitors can feed the animals while in the car.
- Fort Lauren - this was a fort used to fight the revolutionary war of the 17 century. Today it is no longer a combat area, but a landmark ruins open to be visited any day.
- Kings Island - this is another amusement park located in Cincinnati. It’s a one hour and 44 min drive in your car rental to get to Kings Island.
A good number of the attractions are located some distance from port Columbus. Your car rental will get you to all these areas as long as you service it after a long drive.
